The factors that motivate everyone are generally different. Different things motivate different people. While these factors may consist of natural elements for some people, they may also consist of music for others. While you are sitting down helplessly, the tune of a music can boost your motivation, and you start to feel lively instead of dead. Observe your one week in a month.
